I'm highly skeptical that an image created by SolidWorks would qualify as a non-free image because it's a "screenshot of a proprietary software program." In this case, it's a program whose purpose is to produce 3-D renderings of objects designed by the user. If an image generated by SolidWorks is non-free, then we would have to presume that any file generated by Photoshop, Illustrator, or MS Paint would also be non-free. So absent some reason to believe that SolidWorks images specifically cannot be licensed however the user desires, we should presume that the author's intent is what counts, and accept their CC0 license. —Tim Pierce (talk) 23:42, 18 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
