Really? I'm not sure what makes you think that. You can see, in the original, that there were two people, one of which is walking away, so there'd be no reason to paste in another person in a rather non-photographically-pleasing pose like he is (the one that was cropped out). It's been edited in Adobe Photoshop CS2, per the metadata of the image. How much editing? Only the author knows. It was taken with a pretty heavy duty camera, so it should look good by default.
